Got message that the "Windows Cursor File Is Corrupt". Checked file and it
seems to be empty. Cursor that is displayed is from Logitech.
How do I restore this file?

Thanks.

You could try opening the Control Panel, opening the Mouse applet,
select the Pointers tab, and set up your cursors again. Windows comes
with more than one set of cursors, so you should be able to find a
replacement if one is missing.

Try the System File Checker:
Start>Run>sfc /scannow [enter]

Have your XP cd handy.
