Recently, upon RESTARTing my computer, it automatically logs in to
the WINDOWS created "Administrator" account. How and Why did this start
happening?
And How Do I STOP IT?

my answer comes late but who knows maybe someone has the same problem.

check the mentioned registry keys there, if they are set, release their
vault and then no autologin should work.
if you want more information about google for these registry key and i am
sure you get the answer needed.
