windows crashing like crazy.

My pc keeps crashing over and over, online mostly, I keep getting the error
message
"windows has recovered from a serious error"

and here are the two files that it says will be sent to microsoft with a
report.
C/docum1/myname1/locals1/temp WER 1053.diroo/mini11005-06.dmp
C/docum1/myname1/locals1/temp WER 1053.diroo/sysdata.xml

I have cleaned my pc "litterally by opening it up and checking fans and the
dust"
I have run anti virus and spybot and adaware until I am blue in the face.
I have dumped every freaking temp and temp int file I can find and rebooted
to death as well and NOTHING WORKS.

I am on XP this pc is only 2 years old running IE 6.0 this crap all started
after I downloaded spybot, could that be the problem?? my audio icon keeps
"rapid firing" like a machine gun in my tasbar as well, can this be related??
that has been going on for months.

I know one of you smart tech guys knows how to fix it. whoever gives me the
right advice will get a christmas card from me ;0)~
