I have a Toshiba Satellite notebook running XP Home
Edition. I set it up the turn the monitor off instead of
having a screen saver. Now sometimes when the monitor
shuts off it won't come back. I have to hold down the
power button to shut it down and then restart. I can't
even change the setting to have a screen saver now. Any
thoughts?
