I was running XP Media Edition on my laptop and attempted to us Partician
Magic to setup a dual boot environment so I can run Linux for a class I am
taking. I have Linux installed but get the "windows could not start ..... "
error when I try and boot Windows.

I have tried booting the XP Media CD to repair the file as is recommended by
th on screen error message, but when I click R to repair I am told there are
no HDD's detected on my system.

I have class tonight and will need Windows back up so I can work with Flash.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.

No floppy on my laptop. The HDD's are there because I can boot and run the
Fedora 6 that I installed.
