Windows components

My windows accessories and games have been accidentaly
deleated off my computer. I tried to reinstall them.

I put the winxp cd in my cd-rom drive
I initiated the installation process of the accessories
and games.

The computer then says it needs the winxp cd to continue
installation (yes, the cd is already in the drive).

I was able to reinstall windows media player off this cd.

How do I get my accessories/games if I can't get them off
my windows cd?

Hi Brett,

Check your system for an I386 folder (often hidden and designated as a
system folder, so you may need to adjust your folder options first). If it
exists, this is where you need to expand the files from. Changing the
sourcepath string in the registry should do it if this is indeed the case
(if you need assistance with this, please post back for detailed
instructions).
