Windows Codes ?

I have Windows XP home edition servie pak 2 , I had a VX-3000 lifecam
installed on my pc and it worked fine. But I wanted to try another cam. So I
deleted the microsoft installed program for the VX-3000. I then installed the
new cam software and it worked also but not as well as the VX-3000. So I got
rid of it. Now I'm having trouble with reinstalling the VX-3000 software I
keep getting this message from the Properties page: Windows cannot load the
device driver for this hardware The driver may be corrupted or missing ( code
39 ) does anyone have any idea what this is and how to fix it ? Thanks

The LifeCam does not work after you install the LifeCam software
