Windows Clock running fast

My windows clock periodically will run faster than
normal. 15 seconds will tick off in about a 10 second
time frame. I have an Asus A7n8x motherboard running an
Athlon 1700+, with 1gb of Ram and a Asus FX5200 (V9520)
video card. I use the detonator drivers and they have
Clock frequency settings, however even if set to default
the problem remains. Has anyone else ran into this? If
so, any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Motherboard clocks are almost never accurate. Don't waste any time or money.
Get a little free program like abouttime or something like it (check in
google )
