My windows and toolbars have reverted back to windows classic. It happened
after my pc froze and i had to restart a few times before getting back to the
user screen. Ive tried going into prefernces>appearance>and changing it from
classic to Xp.. but the Xp theme has dissapeared
Please help its really annoying

Ensure the Theme service has started and set to Automatic.

Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services > locate "Themes". Start the
Theme services and set to automatic.
