Can I run Windows CE on a windows Mobile 2003 device? I have VS 2003 and
developing in VB. Thanks

Your WM2003 device is already running WinCE 4.2.

If your VS.NET 2003 is Pro and above, you can develop apps for your device
in VB.NET.
