windows cannot set up this computer to share internet conn.Ip address 192.168.0.

Ip address 192.168.0.1 is being used by another computer
or device on the network,or software running on this com

puter.This is on win xl on hp pavilian 526x.
 
Right click My network Places go to Properties, Right click your network
connection e.g.: Local Area Connection. Go to Properties, General tab,
Internet Protocol [TCP/IP], click the properties and click Obtain IP address
automatically, and ok your way out.

That should do the trick.
