Windows Cannot logon profile

Dear All,

I am gettign this error message whenever i am trying
to login into windows XP machine with roaming profile on
a particular machine "Windows cannot log on because your
profile cannot be loaded .Check that you are connected to
the network is functionning properly. If problem
persists, contact your network administrator". After i
give user power user rights the profile is getting loaded
i tried deleting user profiled but of no use and i used
User profile Hive cleanup service also no use.Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

I am having a similar problem and it is driving me
crazy!! Someone please help us.

Yup this problem is driving me crazy .I have same
problem on 3 to 4 machines ...PLease help us ..
