Windows cannot load the user's profile

I have started getting the following message at logon, I
have a gig of memory and at logon most of it is free, any
suggestions?

"Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you
on with the default profile for the system.

DETAIL - Not enough storage is available to process this
command."

Log on with an account that has administrative privileges. Create a new
profile, copy the corrupted profile's data over to the new profile,
delete the corrupted profile.
