Windows cannot find ....

I think I have been attacked by a virus
(W32Sircam.worm@mm) Ihave downloaded a dtinger which has
picked up the virus but when i click on most lins and
icons I get the Windows cannot find .... Box.
Any help from anyone would be brilliant PLEASE. I can not
open my outlook express either so I am using MSN.
