When I log on as a user from the welcome screen, I get an
error message saying "Windows cannot find 'copy'....."
Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

This has to do with some spyware called "Winshow". Here are removal
instructions:

Open regedit and find "winshow" and delete any key found. Repeat search
with "winlink". Then search on the hard drive for .dll files that are
winshow and winlink and delete. Reboot. Be extremely careful in the
registry. In fact, you might want to get run the spyware removal tools
Spybot Search & Destroy (www.security.kolla.de) and Ad-aware
(www.lavasoftusa.com) first. Be sure to update those programs before
running them. I don't know if they look for Winshow yet. It is
preferrable to run the removal tools in Safe Mode.
