windows cannot find "c:\documents and settings....................

When I try to unzip a file I get the following: windows cannot find "
c:\documents and settings\geo\local settings\temp\install\setup.exe" . What
do i do to correct this?

I like and use ZipGenius. It's a free program. Do a google search for
it. If you are using the WinXP Extractor does it
extract the zip file? And then you can't open it?
