Windows cannot determine the user or computername Return valus 135

Windows cannot determine the user or computername. Return value (1359).
Coming from Userenv in a steady stream on these 2 Citrix boxes, in our AD
domain. Backboned with the DC through a switch. I just can't find enough
info to know where to start.
