Windows cannot access the specified device.....

I had installed agent ransack (agentran.exe) on my husband's XP 2002 SP 3
computer some time ago. He had a problem that required that everything be
re-installed. We hired someone to do that. When I tried to give him
agentran.exe again (the installation kit), I get the following error,
whether I e-mail the kit or give it to him on a CD. I run the same release
of the operating system. What can I do to install Agent Ransack on his
computer?

Look into the properties of the installation file.

Is there a message at the bottom like
"This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help
protect this computer" ?

If yes, click on "Unblock" (Button to the right of the text)
