Can someone please tell me why my calendar invite sent as a normal e-mail
without the accept/decline button? Same case occured when I receive an
invite, no accept/decline button for me to respond on the e-mail.

Sounds like you are talking about a feature that is unique to Outlook.

Do you have the same problem when sending invite from Vista? My friends
received an ordinary e-mail only without the appointment attached everytime I
send out an invite.

When sending an invite from which program under Vista? I've never seen
such an option under the Windows Mail program that comes with Vista,
but that's not the only program that comes with Vista. Also, you can
install some other programs, so those are possibilities too. Some, but not
all, versions of Microsoft Office come with Outlook, for which versions
2003 and later run well under Vista, and versions 2000 and 2002 will
run under Vista but with some problems.

Chiu, did you ever get any real answers to help you with this problem? I
think I am having a similar issue. I am trying to invite a "friend" to
individual appointments on my calendar and the recipient is saying they are
coming up as a regular email with no calendar attachments. I am trying to
figure out how to share my calendar information with others.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Tina
