When booting Windows.....The boot banner displays, then restarts th
computer. I then select the " safe mode " & the display show
multi(0)disk(0)partition(1)\windows\system32\, & this repeats until i
resets it self. Does anyone have any ideas

Looks like the boot.ini file has an incorrect entry in it. Boot to the
Recovery Console and use the bootcfg command to fix it or, if you have
a floppy drive, just as easy if not easier to make a boot diskette and
try to boot the computer. Once booted you can edit the boot.ini file
and correct the entries. You MUST create the diskette with an NT type
machine, if you use a Windows 9x machine the diskette will fail to boot
the computer.

Open a run box and type in msconfig, select the boot.ini tab, click "check
all boot paths" to remove an incorrect entry or not, if you are unsure..
Another option would be to go to system properties, advanced tab, "startup
and recovery" settings button, "system startup", edit button, select all the
text in that window and copy & paste it to your post, so that others can see
and help you clean or fix the boot.ini file..
Cheers..
