Help!
I have forgotten how to disable those dreaded balloons that pop up all the
time. I had them turned off but it looks like SP2 turned them back on.

Find the registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
and choose New Dword Value. Call it NoSMMyDocs then right click on it,
select modify and give it a value of 1.
