Windows Backup Utility to Restore Data to larger reformated drives

I have a windows 2000 server installation (SP4) fully patched and up to
date. Everything works fine with one exception. My failure to anticipate
the growth needs of the OS and related utilities has put my C drive under a
space crunch. I have postponed the inevitable by doing such things as
moving the page file to another drive, but I now need to enlarge my C drive.
Because the drive was not originally created as a dynamic drive, I need to
recreate my logical drive structure in my hardware RAIDed configuration and
restore my system.

My questions are twofold:
1) Is there any issues in restoring a system to, for example C drive 10 GB
and D drive 10 GB, if the backup tape was run on a configuration of C Drive
4 GB and D drive of 16 GB (keep in mind these drives are hardware mirrored).
2) are there any other "gotcha's" that I need to be aware of.

Not wanting to break something that is working just fine (with the exception
of the diminished C drive overhead) I am VERY hesitant to mess with the
setup without adequate assurances of success.

Thanks
