Windows' auto-dialing for Manual Connections, how to disable.

How do I stop my computer from trying to connect to a
dial up connedtion while I am on my high speed
connection? Dial up is only used when I travel.

I worked around this by changing the Connections options
from "Dial whenever a network connections is not present"
to "Never dial a connection."
