Windows are popping under rather than over.

Lately when I open an email from Outlook and opening windows in some other
programs the window is
opening behind the open windows instead of on top. This only started to
happen recently. What's wrong?

Same thing is happening to me, and it also started recently. Maybe one of
the updates did something unexpected.

The real answer is to remove Plaxo. UNinstall it and the problem goes away.

What indication do you have that all the people with the problems to which
