Windows (all) vs MAC (newer version that i think is called MAC osx)

I really need your help, my friend and his dad both got macs and my friend
computer locked up and needs a password when they forgotten it.
I recommended Windows to him hes changes the subject like he hates windows.
So I wanted to know how many people like windows over mac or mac or windows?

This is not the forum to discuss yet another Mac vrs Windows debate.

I'm sure somebody at Apple support will be able to sort it out, or at least
point them in the right direction.

So I wanted to know how many people like windows over mac or mac or
windows?

Apple's market share is around 2% worldwide.
