Vista, XP Pro x86 and Mac OSX on same PC... How? Install order and paritions?

As the subject says...

I want to triple boot between Windows Vista B2, XP Pro x86 and Mac OSX. I
had no problem when I had XP and OSX dual booting with NTLDR, but Vista
trashes any kind of boot management as it assimilates the PC.

I never could understand why an OS has the need to trash a partition, or
part of the drive, not related to installation.

I have XP x86, x64, Server 2003 x86, x64, Vista x64 and OS X x86 on my
computer. I went through trial tribulations to get to work. The trick is
install OS X on a system partition, XP has to be on C: which has to be a
system, but also an active disk. The OS X drive will not be visible to
Windows.

I suggest you got to http://www.osx86project.org if you want help with this.

Many are deleting the Apple 200MB EFI partition before installing
Vista. It seems to be the best way to multi-boot with Vista.
Apparently, Vista does not like the EFI partition for some reason.

Deleting the EFI partition on an Intel Mac will not keep OS X from
booting. However, it will make it very difficult to upgrade the
firmware, and will probably have to be restored when upgrading the
Apple firmware.
