Windows Aero

I have tryed to update my score and still come up with a low 2.7 base score.
Everything else seems to be high and running well. Like to fine out how I can
improve my Windows Aero score so I may run better games. I have a 512 mb
video card, 4gig Ram, 6.4 dual core cpu. Can someone help me on improvememnts.

Hi

The base score is equivalent to whatever section has the lowest score, it's
not an average of all the scores. If you want a higher score, you need to
address that component (which may require a hardware replacement) that has
the lowest score. Frankly, I think way too much emphasis is placed on this
rating. Concentrate more on whether or not the machine does what you want it
to do.

Report back what is giving the lowest score. Somebody will be able to give
you more specific advice then. Take note also of the comments made by Rick.
