According to your explanation about the serial number on the bottom of your
notebook and the sticker on top of your Vista package - you are NOT typing
the correct information for proper activation of the product. The correct
keycode ( not serial number ) is located INSIDE the package on the opposite
side of the DVD holder on a sticker. That is the number that must be
registered for activation. Hope that this helps. ..... John.
