Not, evidently, nearly so stupid as an inane fatuousness for blocking
whole nations and countries, a newer software filter might help
facilitate though broadly blanketing much of what attempts to come in,
or go out, whilst an extensive set of rules is employed over a
brute-force, either/or capacity, of a nature, more fundamental than
any Firewall I've encountered;- if only then to resemble a VPN, such a
program indeed might suffice to substitute for any poor idiot's
simplistic approach to setting one up, in that humble estimation I can
only but acknowledge from a modicum of experience and care I've given
to approaching it.
