Windows 7 OS Importing Windows Mail from Vista OS

I'm attempting to export from old laptop Windows Mail (Vista OS) to new
laptop Windows Mail (Windows 7). It is not importing Inbox; Sent; Deleted;
etc. All the files are 1kb with no contents. What is the problem?

Win7 doesn't include Windows Mail.

How exactly are you performing the export?

Windows Mail won't run on Windows 7 without some special hacks.
Did you mean Windows Live Mail?
