Windows 2k server

I have a couple of general questions, and I'm hoping
someone can give me general advice.

Is there a 'rule of thumb' on how much RAM and free disk
space you should have we running Windows 2k server.

Any input is appreciated

The amount of RAM and space will depend on what applications are being run
and how many users are going to be logged on at peak times. Also, will this
server be a, Exchange, SQL, DC or TS application server?
