Windows 2003 + SP1 -- security restrictions

Gents,

I have installed SP1 on my Windows 2003. I work with the Sharepoint Server
2003.
I can't open .msg or .chm files from SPS.
But .doc/.xls/.txt opens fine.

If I click on the .chm file, it will open windows help with empty contents.
If I copy this file from temp IE folder to c:\ and open again, it will be
ok.

Any suggestions ?
