windows 2003 server

hello sir

I have implemented 2003 server Enterprise Edition as
it’s the 1st DC of the Domain. The users data is totally
stored on server.
The main problem is when I switch on the server for 30-
45mints the system servers fast later on it gradually
reduces the speed & the application like word & excel
sheets hangs when the clients try to open the files.

So I badly want some solution for this issue.

Kindly reply as soon as possible.
