Windows 2003 GPO ???

Hello I understand this is a windows 2000 GPO news group but I couldn't find
the 2003. Ok Once 2k3 is installed the default domain policy for passwords
is a minimum of 7 characters must contain capitals, numbers and characters,
can't have user names etc. Well for testing purposes I can't seem to
disable
this policy. I have gone into the default domain GPO and set the minimum
password length not enabled, password must meet complexity requirements no
enabled, and from AD users and computers unchecked for authenticated users
to not apply the policy. I still can't create a user with a simple password
or any other existing accounts with a simple password. Any suggestions
please.

Thank you,

Juan

FYI, the new newsgroup for all things Group Policy (including GP in Windows Server 2003) is microsoft.public.windows.group_policy.
