Windows 2003 File Performance Lagging

We're having a tremendous amount of fallout regarding our switch from Novell
to MS Filesharing. Our sister company used Novell for years without
incident. We upgraded to WS 2003 and have had nothing but problems.

We've gone down the /3Gb swith route, but have not been successful thus far
with recreating the speedy system that our CAD users enjoyed before.

We'd love to hear some suggestions as to what to do to improve the access
and processing speeds for our customers.

Much appreciated,
