Hi,

In our office we have windows 2k Prof machines. In that two of the machines
having problem. It's automaticaly rebooting more than twice in an hour. If
I went to event viewver it's saying following msg.

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.
The bugcheck was: 0x0000007f (0x00000008, 0x00000000, 0x00000000,
0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195].
A dump was saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini081604-03.dmp. "

I went to microsoft support site and had a look . They are saying tcp/ip
problem. if I want to solve I need to pay for that.

I don't know where and how to look and solve this. If anybody know and whre
can I get hotfix for this pls update me.

Thanks in advance.

Pls reply to (e-mail address removed) or (e-mail address removed)

Regards,
Rajesh.

Hello

I would recommend you to install latest security updates especially
Windows2000-KB823980-x86-ENU.exe
Windows2000-KB835732-x86-ENU.EXE

Just installing the SP4 doesnt solves the problem.

Report back the results.
