Windows 2000 User Profiles

Does anyone know of a tool or utility to reduce the user
profile size?

I have a user who has a profile of 700+Mb after copying
some large data to the desktop and when the data is
deleted the profile stays the same size of 700+Mb which
makes loging in very slow.
 
You can either use the profile quota policies.
Use the redirected folders policies to ensure the data folders are not part
of the physical profile.
(redirect the mydocuments folder for example)
