Windows 2000 upgrade + MPS SMP

Hello i have such problem: before the system upgrade windows 2000 advance
server saw 2 CPUs, after upgrade to windows 2003 enterprise edition system
see only one CPU, i cheked the Computer in Devices there is MPS
Multiprocessor PC but it see only one CPU what to do ? This is old intel
motherboard with two PII 300MHz CPUs.
