Windows 2000 Tutorial CD

When I bought Windows 2000, A second
CD was imcluded that was a Tutorial.
I have lost this CD. How can I replace it?

I have had no answer, so I am begging! Can anyone please help me on
this??? The Windows 2000 (tutorial) CD came along with an OEM copy
of Windows 2000 Professional | 2CPU and I lost it. Is there a way to
get a replacement?
