Windows 2000 to 2003 upgrade

Hello all -
Since I have an Exchange 2000 SP3 server in my Windows 2000 environment I
understand I need to run the Inetorgpersonprevent.ldf. My question is this;
once I run it, will my Exchange 2000 server continue to work in the still
2000 environment or do I have to upgrade to Windows 2003 at that point?

It will still work in a Windows2000 environment and in a mix of Windows2000
and Windows Server 2003 and even NT Domain Controllers as long you are in
Mixed Mode. Exchange 2000 can't run on a Windows Server 2003 machine.
