Windows 2000 to 2003 Upgrade Questions

I currently have a windows 2000 server acting as my print server. I
noticed as i was building this print server that a lot of my printers
didn't have native windows 2003 drivers -- will this pose an issue if i
upgrade this (server) box to windows 2003 sp1 or R2 ? Considering all
the clients that connect and use these drivers are 2000 and xp clients,
my initial thinking is no-- but could use some proven feedback.

BTW -- This print server is acting as a "secondary" (holding
infrastructure fsmo only) domain controller.

Secondly, i plan on upgrading the domain from 2000 to 2003 -- anything
i should pay close attention to prior to the upgrade ?

One rudimentary question i have is, if the administrator's password is
a vocabulary word, will the upgrade fail to 2003 because of its default
password complexity requirement ?
