windows 2000 startup group

Company president requires local intranet and outlook be
started when workstation boots up.... wants outlook to
remain in the background while the Intranet page is
examined. Does not want to have to minimize it or to
launch it himself. (heaven forbid!) Outlook insists on
coming to the foreground. Any ideas??
