Windows 2000 sp3 Rebooting

User working fine until 10:00, PC rebooted, and does not
complete the boot process, but keeps reboot. When booting
in Safe mode, it goes thru the drivers and seems to stop
at Mup.sys, then reboots but not in safe mode. I found an
article (824288) but unsure if this is the problem.
