windows 2000 shows this error "0x732e780

when i am trying to open any program in my windows2000 machine it show an
error
(The instruction at "0x732e7800" referenced memory at "0x732e7800". The
memory could not be "read"
Click on ok to terminate the program)
i am not able to open any program so please give me any solution.
 
you and me both. I just put in a similar question. how aggravating this is.
I hoep someone answers us.
