Dear friends,

Please send me or inform me about a resource that I can
get to know
about the following..

i. Various server services (Web,ftp,mail,DHCP
etc.)available in Windows 2000 server.

(i) And explain in full details how they
are
implemented withreference to OSI or TCP/IP model.

(ii) How it interacts with lower layers
and peer
layers in providing the service. And clearly explain how
it handles
multiple requests from same client computer and multiple
client
computers.

{ ie.what actually happen in process of providing services
to both
server computer and the client computers in step by step
operation.Explain all involved protocols in each services}

eg. IIS5 is the web server running on Windows 2000 server
professional.Explain how it actually able to provide
services
interacting with other devices or components which are
needed to
operate as INTRANET.Why this is mostly used in intranet
rather than
for ISP operation providing internet connection to many
people in an
area ?..

Thank you,
Susiriss.
