Windows 2000 server remote shutdown

Hi!

I can not log anymore to server because doamin is not
available. I would like to shutdown the server. How can I
do this from the network (I am admin, not hacker)? In
winnt4 there was tool shutgui, which was usefull, is it
supported under w2k?

I do not know if shutgui is supported by win2k. But I myself am using a tool
called EMCO Remote Shutdown, which is very simple to use and configure.
