Windows 2000 Server Reboot and Shutdown

I have 4 windows 2000 servers, three of them will either
shutdown or reboot randomly. There are no dump files and
not enteries in the event log about shutdown problems.

Sudden or random server shutdowns are usually caused by
overheating in my experience. Odd that it would occur on
three of your servers.

May also be a problem with the amount of power on your
computer room circuit (may be overloading).

If you have an electrical department, have them check the
power draw. If you don't, I'd try leaving off two of the
servers (off work hours) and test if the same behavior
occurs with a lighter electrical load.
