How do you install Windows 2000 Server over an XP
installation?

Boot the Windows XP CD-ROM and begin a setup. Have it delete the partition.
Boot the Windows 2000 CD-ROM and install.

Boot the computer from the windows server 200 CD rom, XP
will not allow you to run this install any other way.
