Windows 2000 Server HD recorded to DVD

I am not sure I am in the right news group, if not please receommend the
right one.

I have built a Windows 2000 Server and added in all the applications I need
to do a demo.

I need to take this image and place it on a DVD.

The DVD will be placed in another machine that is exactly the same (IBM T40
Laptop's) and reboot the machine.

The machine now must boot off the DVD and use the image on the DVD to do the
demonstration.

The Windows 2000 Server image on the hard drive uses:
Windows 2000 Server
IIS
DNS
DHCP
XML Applications

This will not be used to rebuild a server or restore this configuration on
another machine. This is strictly for demonstration purposes.

Currently this is a Proof of Concept only. Licensing is understood to be
required and will be worked out after the PoC.

Ok I forgot to ask the questions:

Is this possible?
If so, is it done through a standard MS application?
If not an MS application then which? or what might I search on in google?

I have been pulling my hair out trying to figure this out and would
appreciate any light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks
