Windows 2000 Server - freezes without a message

hi to all!

i have a windows 2000 standardserver with exchange installed, it was running
about 3 years, and today in the morning it crashed!

After the screen windwos is starting,... the progress bar is at the end it
looks like everything is ok, but when it is on the end of the bar, the
system freezes, without a message!

A system repair doesn't work!

nothing at all!!

please help me, if not i have to reinnstall because there is also exchange
5.5 running, so users don't have an emails!
 
Problem behoben!

der Speicher war defekt!
